1. More Qualified Buyers!


ComFree and Property Guys have partnered with brokerages operating out of only a few select boards, providing minimal MLS® impact but still getting exposure on Realtor.ca. The main focus of listing with them may be to attract private buyers exclusively. There are certainly benefits to attracting private buyers but it would be smarter to use the same powerful exposure with both private buyers and buyers who are working with agents. Unlike third party listing sites, we provide both Realtor.ca and Local MLS® listings to make sure that all buyers will be able to find your property. Creating and maintaining a private MLS® listing requires constant communication with the listing brokerage. When listing through ComFree or Property Guys you are effectively put in a position where you must deal with both a third party rep and the listing brokerage. Things like providing photos, making changes, adjusting statuses, etc can become tiresome and time consuming when done this way.
